The E-Quest Corporation president and founder, Howard Hallman has 26 years of environmental assessment experience and 36 years of professional engineering experience. He has personally completed over 2,500 Phase I environmental site assessments, nearly 500 Phase II environmental site investigations, nearly 900 asbestos inspections, placed thousands of radon monitors, performed nearly 40 clean-up and environmental reclamation projects and other environmental assignments.
