Experience

President and founder, Howard Hallman has 18 years of environmental assessment experience and 26 years of professional engineering experience. He has personally performed over 2,000 Phase I environmental site assessments, more than 600 asbestos inspections, over 2,500 radon tests, 500 Phase II environmental site assessments, 50 underground storage tank corrective action plans and a wide range of other environmental assignments.

The E-Quest Corporation was founded in 1989 and has from the beginning been a leader in the development of the environmental site assessment process. We have worked for a diverse range of clients including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Resolution Trust Corporation, the Small Business Administration, federal, state and local entities and a host of banks, lenders, property management companies, realtors, developers and individuals. We are known for our straightforward approach.

Qualifications

The E-Quest Corporation is a NEHA listed radon testing laboratory, (Certification No. 101090 AL1) and a State of Colorado Certified Asbestos Consulting Firm (No. ACF-14783), and holds a State of Colorado Petroleum Storage Tank Committee Consultant Registration (No. C-153). Founder and president, Howard Hallman is a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer, (No. 18023), a Colorado AHERA Certified Asbestos Inspector and Management Planner (No. 4288), a NEHA Listed Radon Measurement Provider (No. 100136 RT), and holds a State of Colorado Petroleum Storage Tank Committee Individual Registration (No. 5259). Mr. Hallman holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. We use licensed geologists and registered environmental professionals.

Memberships in Environmental – Related Groups and Associations include the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), committee E-50 on environmental assessments (since 1989), Colorado Hazardous Waste Management Society (since 1989), and the National Society of Professional Engineers (since 1989).
