Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

The E-Quest Corporation has 20 years of experience in the preparation of Phase I environmental site assessments for a wide variety of clients. Phase II and III Environmental Site Assessment

From time to time recognized environmental conditions are identified by the PI ESA study. Due diligence requires additional investigation. On these occasions we are equipped to conduct further studies which may include subsurface drilling, soil and water testing, asbestos testing, radon testing, lead testing or other work. We provide these services in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Again, our focus is providing clarity and closure for the client. Prices generally range from $4,500 to $7,500 per site. Underground storage tanks

We provide turnkey services to remove underground, test for soil and groundwater contamination, and take necessary remedial actions to bring sites into regulatory compliance. We are experienced with tanks of all types. Call us for more information.

Clean-up and remediation

We are experienced in the removal and proper disposal of soils contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons, organic compounds, heavy metals and other contaminants. Our approach is to implement site specific plans that are not cumbersome and can be completed in reasonable timeframes.
